A Few Words About Me
It all started with my Sicilian grandmother. She would start her bread dough and line my siblings and me up during this process. She wanted to feel our hands. My hands were the warmest and perfect for the task at hand, so I was chosen to knead the dough. From then on, I was the one in the kitchen being shown the way to becoming the chef that I am today.
