A Few Words About Chef Sam Badolato

Chef Sam Badolato was recently a finalist on Food Network “CHOPPED”. He loves to share his Wine & Food pairing dinners with all who wish to join. Chef Badolato Shares time between Wine Country in Sonoma Ca., Clients in Beverly Hills, and his clients from the palm beaches of Florida to Miami Beach. Chef Sam is known for how he infuses his cuisine with flavor notes from his Sicilian roots. A native of Pittsburgh PA, Chef Badolato brings his role of A Winery Chef with more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience straight to the table for you to enjoy. This includes his many stints in Amalfi Italy and Calabrian towns. He has many roles such as, but not limited to, chef-owner of restaurants ranging from casual pizzerias to formal dining, most recently at Bado’s Cucina, where his wood-oven cuisine earned numerous culinary awards and recognition. Chef Badolato has trained in wood oven cuisine in Italy, then gained experience as a private chef in Italian homes in Calabria. Where he perfected his knowledge of the true Italian meal.

Making his mark in Sonoma County, Chef Badolato is the 2017 Chowder Day Champion of Bodega Bay, winning the award “Best Recipe for Chowder”, and is a five-time winner of the award for best wine-and-cheese pairings.
